Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Hitchin £100,000 Equity Package We’re working exclusively with One Good Thing. A business who are not just rethinking food, they’re reinventing how it’s made. From world-first wrapper-free, oat-based energy bars to cutting-edge tech behind it, they’re building the future of clean, sustainable performance nutrition. That means creating entirely new systems in the factory, across the supply chain, and in how they connect with consumers. And that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven, and creatively fearless Chief Marketing Officer to lead OGT into its next phase of growth. Someone who can turn insight into action, forecast the path to profitability, and lead a team that scales brand and revenue in equal measure. If you get a buzz from S&OP models, subscription growth curves, and seeing your forecasts hit reality, you’ll feel right at home here. Why Join OGT A genuine innovation story. From world-first manufacturing systems to planet-positive food technology. Impact at scale – your decisions will directly shape the commercial trajectory of a disruptive, sustainable brand. Ownership – equity, autonomy, and a seat at the table where strategy meets execution. Growth – this isn’t a maintenance role; it’s a build, lead, and scale opportunity. Purpose – join a team proving that food tech can be clean, profitable, and game-changing. The Opportunity OGT has the product, the mission, and the technology to change how the world fuels itself. They’ve built the foundations, from category-defining innovation, a loyal community, and a brand people genuinely believe in. Now it’s time to scale with precision and pace. This is your opportunity to build the commercial and marketing engine that powers OGT’s next chapter, driving profitable growth, shaping demand, and bringing sustainable food tech into the mainstream. About You You’ve led marketing in a fast-growth D2C or subscription business, ideally within food, beverage, or wellness. You blend brand storytelling with commercial rigour being just as happy in a creative brainstorm as you are in an S&OP review. You understand demand forecasting, CAC management, and growth modelling inside out. You’re a builder, not a maintainer. You thrive in fast, entrepreneurial environments. You’re data-driven, hands-on, and motivated by making marketing truly measurable
