Base pay range
Bank Support Worker - £13.10 per hour
Contract: Bank - Zero hours
Working Hours: As/when needed in the service, 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00)

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at New Elmcroft in Shoreham by Sea. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. You will be using the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for. New Elmcroft has an excellent reputation as highly valued provider of care. The needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do every single day.
Responsibilities
* Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
* Assist service users with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible.
* Contribute to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
