Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Support:Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and provide targeted support to students.
* Intervention Programs:Implement intervention strategies to support students' learning and development.
* Student Engagement:Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
* Individual Support:Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their individual learning needs.
* Resource Preparation:Help prepare teaching materials and resources to support lesson plans.
Requirements:
* Qualification:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Experience:Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a primary school setting.
* Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Passion:A genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
* Flexibility:Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively as part of a team.
