In this hands on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards, supporting our food safety programme, and ensuring every ingredient, every plate, and every service reflects our culinary values. From crafting beautiful food displays to carefully portioning, prepping, and monitoring quality at every stage, you will be an integral part of a team that takes pride in every detail.
Whether you're pulling ingredients for the day’s menu, weighing and mixing to perfection, or ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, your contribution will directly impact our guests’ experience. You’ll work in a well organised, professional environment where your skills will be valued and your development supported.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience:
1. Diploma or degree from accredited university in culinary arts or NVQ or related major
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience
3. Skills and Knowledge
4. Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
5. Innovative and creative in food production
6. Pro-active and reliable
7. Positive attitude
8. Good preparation and co-ordination skills
9. Able to work alone and within a team
Education or Certification
10. Good level of English essential in reading and writing Culinary Hotel Experience essential
11. Experience within a Banquet environment desirable
12. Food Safety level 2 desirable
13. First Aid certification desirable
