About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in the S10 area of Sheffield. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their practice in a positive and engaging school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
* Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Foster positive behaviour and a love of learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (or relevant placement experience for ECTs)
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* A passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
