Our reputable client is currently seeking a HR Assistant to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis. The successful HR Assistant will be required to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the People and Culture team, contributing across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* The HR Assisatnt will support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Post HR updates on internal platforms
* Support recruitment campaigns by posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks
* Be a friendly first point of contact for basic HR queries
* Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Comfortable handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.
