Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Primary Care team at HMP Stafford, a category C Prison located in Staffordshire. Must be a prescriber.
Hours
* Monday - Friday
* 22.5 hours per week – 3 days per week
* 8am – 4pm
Salary
This part‑time position offers an annual salary between £51,643 and £57,955 per annum, depending on experience. Salary will be pro‑rota.

Main Duties
As a Clinical Pharmacist with Practice Plus Group you will provide expert clinical advice on medicines and poly‑pharmacy, deliver an integrated, safe, legal and high‑quality prison pharmacy service, inspire leadership in the pharmacy team, promote good prescribing practice, and share information on pharmaceutical products, medicines management and health education.
Qualifications and Experience
* GPhC registered Pharmacist.
* Management and leadership experience (desirable).
* Procurement and audit experience (desirable).
* Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy, including pre‑registration training.
* Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in a hospital, community or prison environment (ideal but not essential).
