The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months working with clients within a residential setting - applications made without this experience unfortunately will not be considered

Key Responsibilities
* To support the delivery of safe,funand adventurous activities to the highest possible standard.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
* Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and team members to create a supportive and caring environment.
* Accompany service users to appointments and activities.
* Maintainaccuratedaily records of progress and key events such as family time, daily summaries, medication, activities, achievements
