Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Reports to: QuantitySurveyor
Based at: RenchFarm Office
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Managing Sub-Contract agreements and payments
* Attending, contributing to, and minuting Internal Team Meetings
* Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for payment.
* Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations
* Valuing variations
* Reporting to Senior Surveyor on job performance via cost/value comparisons
Skills Required:
* HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
* Computer literate Microsoft Office
* Good Communicator
* Driving Licence
