This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a high-impact, immediate-start contract, where you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic HR support across corporate directorates and local schools.
The successful candidate will be stepping into a challenging and rewarding position, leading the HR response on complex, high-volume Employee Relations (ER) casework and key change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
Your primary accountability will be providing lead support and professional advice on complex individual casework, including:
