Your Role as Service Manager – Child Protection:
* Lead across referral & assessment, social work and permanency, ensuring safe and effective delivery
* Drive performance management & service improvement, delivering against key safeguarding targets
* Provide strong leadership & oversight to managers and frontline teams
* Ensure quality assurance & compliance with statutory requirements and legislation
* Manage budgets, contracts and multi-agency partnerships to strengthen outcomes
Your Previous Experience as Service Manager – Child Protection:
* Proven leadership within statutory children’s services at senior level
* Strong track record in safeguarding, performance & service improvement
* Ability to lead at pace, influence stakeholders and manage complex challenges
* Experience of multi-agency working and partnership collaboration
* Confident in overseeing budgets, contracts and operational delivery
