Finance Assistant
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke. This is a full time, Temp – Perm position and is fully office based.
Responsibilities as a Finance Assistant:
1. Reconciliation of supplier accounts
2. Checking that invoices are accurate
3. Chasing information to add onto invoices
4. Inputting data on to the CRM
5. Data Entry
6. Supporting the team with ad hoc duties
7. Chasing customer Payments
8. General administration duties
Requirements for this Finance Assistant
9. Previous Accounts experience
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. IT proficient
12. Sage 50 knowledge is beneficial
The Finance Assistant Role:
13. Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm
14. £13 - £14 per hour depending on experience
