Our busy Engineering client in the Dungannon area require a Manufacturing Engineering Manager This role reports to our Operations Manager and focuses on ensuring our Production Design Engineering team delivers top-notch performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies with management. Oversee daily activities to drive operational excellence. Support and innovate current operations. Attend and contribute to meetings. Manage design projects from start to finish. Collaborate with sales for technical support. Produce project status reports for senior management. Review and approve design drawings. Address and resolve design quality issues. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Apply performance management systems and advise on annual KPIs. Ensure Health and Safety compliance. Essential Criteria: Strong educational background with either: - 10 years Design experience in manufacturing (quarry/recycling), or - A degree in Engineering with 6 years similar experience. Product development and introduction experience. Demonstrated team management skills. Effective communicator and leader. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
