We're currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Sliding Head Programmer to join our clients established team on a permanent basis.
Previous experience is essential. Knowledge of using CNC Wizard would also be advantageous.
Our client is a reputable manufacturer based in the Tipton area.
Responsibilities include:
* Programming, setting & operating Citizen CNC machinery
* Read and interpret engineering drawings
* Utilise CNC Wizard software
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
* Perform routine maintenance & safety checks
* Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, working with sliding head machines
* Proficiency in programming and operating Citizen machinery, CNC Wizard and Fanuc controls
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours:
* Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30
* Friday 07:30-14:00
