Hours: Full-time 40 hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (early finish on Fridays) + Potential overtime
Kitchen Bench Joiner role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Bench Joiner to join our client's bespoke manufacturing team. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who takes pride in crafting high-end kitchens with precision and attention to detail.
Kitchen Bench Joiner Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
* Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
* Use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools to craft high-quality pieces.
* Work with premium materials such as solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
* Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards before installation.
* Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
* Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
* Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.
Kitchen Bench Joiner Criteria:
* Experience in high-end kitchen or furniture joinery.
* Expertise in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
* Expertise in different joinery methods.
* Ability to read and work from CAD drawings and cutting lists.
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of craftsmanship.
* Ability to create bespoke pieces or adaptations based on specific needs or design requests.
* Knowledge of different wood species, finishes, and construction methods.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. xsngvjr
