* £13.80 per hour + £1.50 extra per hour between midnight and 6am (total £15.30/hour)

THE ROLE
As a Bar Team Leader, you'll guide a team through busy airport mornings, ensuring every guest receives great service before they fly.
* Manage opening, closing, and daily operations confidently
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
* Be the first point of contact for customer and team queries
* Keep the atmosphere positive during peak times
* Focus on results, monitor performance, and champion improvements
ABOUT YOU
* Passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experienced as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in hospitality, retail, or catering
* A confident problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
* 18+, due to alcohol service responsibilities
* Able to provide 5 years of references and complete a criminal record check
