We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Recruitment Coordinator to join our Start People team based in Meadowfield, Durham to assist with the full 360 recruitment process. This exciting position will require travelling across the North East to assist with client sites as well as office based work.
Duties:
* To ensure volume recruitment is effectively completed and the recruitment targets for each Client are achieved whilst ensuring all compliance and vetting is complete
* To manage all candidates in a timely manner, ensuring that they receive appropriate communication and correspondence to reflect their stage in the recruitment process
* Advertising of all jobs in line with recruitment requirements whilst shortlisting CV’s, conducting pre-screens and F2F interviews
* Dealing with clients requirements both via telephone and face to face
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Co-ordinator or in a similar recruitment environment
* Able to evidence previous experience in the attraction and recruitment of staff
* Strong personality with confidence
* Resilience, and a hunger to succeed
* Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am-1pm
* 25 – 30 days annual leave plus statutory days
