Los Mochis City is seeking an outstanding Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our flagship venue, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant features a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the City. This is our second London location, following the success of Los Mochis Notting Hill.
As a Breakfast Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our morning guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to start their day. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast service while delivering the high standards of hospitality that define our brand.

Duties and Responsibilities Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner during breakfast service
Managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow during busy morning periods
Handling telephone and in-person enquiries promptly and courteously
Managing waiting lists and communicating accurate wait times
Creating and maintaining an efficient seating plan
Escorting guests to tables and presenting menus
Coordinating closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service
Preparing and setting up the host stand and dining area for breakfast service
About You Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality restaurant (breakfast experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication skills in English
A positive, energetic attitudeespecially during early morning shifts
Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
Ambition to grow within a professional hospitality team
Proof of right to work in the UK
