Duties Include: * Processing customer orders once signed contracts and deposits have been received * Creating and maintaining accurate customer files and documentation * Updating the internal system with confirmed customer details, surveys and signed approvals * Ordering parts for service call requirements * Coordinating and creating weekly delivery schedules * Liaising daily with surveyors and handling incoming enquiries * Managing and updating the system with delivery dates and project updates * Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties * Ensuring all customer information and orders are processed accurately and within deadlines Candidate Requirements: * Previous administration and order processing experience is essential * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * Confident and professional telephone manner * Enjoys dealing with customers and providing a high level of service * Able to work well within a team and manage a busy wor...
