A position has arisen with an enterprise MSP to provide support to infrastructure environments. Trouble-shooting environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc) Working with the Network, Engineering and SOC teams to trouble-shoot issues that affect End Users Working direct with client leads to resolve escalated incidents. Patching and Maintenance of test and live environments to include installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL & other product updates Working with PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling Providing support to Engineering & Test teams AD Administration activities accounts, groups, memberships, permissions etc. Participating in rota for On-Call to ensure 24/7/365 support is provided The chosen candidate will ideally be an experienced grade, with a track record of infrastructure support. Your experience Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere; Windows Server; Windows AD, DNS, WSUS and RDS; McAfee; RHEL; Applications (nice to have): SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD Location- Basingstoke 5 days on site DV clearable (DV to start) Mon-Friday role 7-7 coverage 37 hours per week bi - weekly rotation of shifts 7-3 then 11-7 50k 10% DV bonus 5 % company bonus We want the best people on our team, so we welcome and encourage applications from people with a diverse variety of experiences, backgrounds and identities.
