JOB DESCRIPTION
This individual is responsible for maintaining and optimising the work management system, Totalmobile (Connect & Mobilise) and leading on project data capture to enhance and support project reporting and overall project performance.
This is a dynamic role which requires an individual who is going to take initiative and problem solve.
Willingness to learn and support improvements is key. It is also not an entry level position; we are looking for individuals who can take initiative and resolve things before being asked.
The role will focus on operational support/maintenance of Totalmobile and creation/maintenance of project performance reports. Ensuring that everybody in the company is using the system effectively, data is correct, and our integrations are running successfully with our clients.
To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner, have excellent IT skills, Excel skills, knowledge of system integrations is essential.
Communication skills are critical as you will be liaising with numerous internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Maintain system usage for office and site based operational staff.
Support the wider Super User network to ensure they can: Create new users, new resources, van stocks, reporting and other simpler tasks within the system
Supporting the transition from incumbent systems to Totalmobile
Resolve all interface errors with our clients and suppliers.
