As a key member of the Customer Operations team, the Customer Service (CS) Agents ensure the success of the organization by assisting with customer service, QA, staff training, and Safer Gambling compliance. They handle direct and escalated customer contacts via telephone, live chat, and email, maintaining high standards of accuracy, transparency, and compliance in daily operations.
To succeed, candidates should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize workload, and experience with customer service functions within a wagering organization. Experience in creating and reviewing training documents and employee training is also required.
