Biogenie Remediation UK is a specialist remediation and brownfield enabling works contractor, and operator of offsite soil treatment facilities. We’re expanding our remediation team and are looking for Engineers to join us. Whether you already have some experience or are looking to build a career in a hands‑on, site‑based role, we’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for people working in remediation, construction, environmental monitoring or engineering, or those ready for a new challenge, with training and support provided.
What You Will Be Doing
* Support the delivery of safe, high-quality remediation projects across the UK.
* Assist with the deployment, commissioning and maintenance of specialist site equipment.
* Work closely with experienced colleagues to understand how projects are delivered.
* Supervise site activities and subcontractors, with guidance and support.
* Build your technical knowledge and develop your career.
What You Should Bring To The Role
* Have some experience in remediation, enabling works, construction, civils or a similar environment, with a basic understanding of remediation or engineering techniques.
* Are practical, hands‑on and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.
* Are organised and able to manage tasks, priorities and site activities effectively.
* Have good problem-solving skills and take a proactive approach on site.
* Are confident communicating with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
* Have a qualification in Engineering, Environmental Management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
* Hold a CSCS card (SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial, or willingness to obtain).
* Have an understanding of health & safety requirements and safe systems of work (eg COSHH, PUWER, LOLER – training can be provided).
* Have good IT skills and are able to complete site records and documentation accurately.
* Are willing to travel across the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.
