The firm works with major national clients spanning Rail, Road, Energy, and Transport, providing expert services in land acquisition, temporary access, compulsory purchase, valuation, and strategic property advice.\nIf you're seeking a long-term career in infrastructure property, this is a chance to join a business that places real value on professional development, flexible working, and long-term career growth.\nThe Opportunity\nAs part of a growing and well-respected Infrastructure team, you’ll provide strategic advice and hands-on delivery across nationally significant infrastructure schemes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong negotiation skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects and mentor others.\nKey responsibilities include:\n * Delivering property advice and land assembly services for major infrastructure schemes.\n * Preparing valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.\n * Supporting clients through CPO processes, compensation negotiations, and land access agreements.\n * Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development locally.\n * Leading lease negotiations, site sourcing, and feasibility appraisals.\n * Managing junior surveyors and contributing to internal best-practice processes.\n * Providing guidance on legal, statutory and regulatory matters relevant to infrastructure delivery.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n * MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer (preferred).\n * Demonstrable post-qualified experience in infrastructure, rural, or general practice surveying.\n * Experience or interest in CPO and compensation matters – full training provided if needed.\n * Strong commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.\n * A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n * Willingness to travel across project locations (full driving licence required).\nWhy Join This Firm?\nYou’ll be part of a nationally recognised infrastructure team, with access to leading industry projects and clients.
