The Role
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, commercially minded Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive demand and build high-quality sales pipelines. You’ll own campaigns across email, CRM, content and LinkedIn, using data to make decisions and content to spark action. Think B2B growth, not brand fluff. You'll also build nurture journeys, experiment constantly and report what’s actually working.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing executive search firm based in Leeds that works with some of the most elite clients in the financial world (think UHNW territory). The team is small but mighty – made up of ambitious, self-made individuals who care more about results than red tape.

* You write clean, punchy copy and understand how to convert

* You’ve worked with automation, nurture flows or CRMs like Salesforce
* You're curious, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to grow
