Experienced Metal Worker
Current Hourly Rate: £15.40 per hour
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Metal Worker to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of machines in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Role: Metal Worker
Pay: £15.40 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
1. Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
2. Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
Key Machines You’ll Be Operating:
3. Brake Press Machine
4. Notcher Machine
5. Punch Machine
6. Bench Grinder
7. Pedestal Drill Machine
8. TIG & MIG Welding (mainly TIG)
9. Guillotines
10. Rollers
11. Band Saw
Additional Benefits:
12. 25 days holiday (plus public holidays)
13. Overtime available at 1.5x pay (Monday to Saturday)
14. Double time for any hours worked on Sunday

About You:
16. Previous experience in metalworking and operating machines such as brake press, notcher, punch, TIG/MIG welding, and more.
17. Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, and technical drawings.
18. Ability to work independently and within a team, with a focus on quality and safety.
19. Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to different tasks and challenges.
