Package: £55k - £60k + £15k OTE

The Role:
A rare and exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales operations and lead a team of account managers for one of the most respected professional bodies within UK healthcare. This full-time, permanent position is central to the success of the sales strategy-managing relationships with key accounts and ensuring the team meets and exceeds KPIs.
As Sales Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day performance, deliver one-to-one support and coaching, and drive the implementation of strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage the publication programme and maximise promotional opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with the largest accounts in the business. Your role will also involve identifying new revenue streams and supporting your team in securing new opportunities.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Sales Manager role, you will need:
* At least 5 years' experience in publishing sales
* A track record of leading successful sales teams
* Experience managing key accounts and developing new business
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to analyse and improve sales performance
* Confident communication skills and a people-focused leadership style
The Package for Sales Manager:
* £55,000-£60,000 basic salary plus £15,000 OTE
* 33 days holiday (with the option to purchase more)
