Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

A well-established engineering business based in Egham, Surrey is looking to recruit a Sales & Service Administrator to support its sales, service and marketing functions.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, managing customer interactions and supporting commercial operations across a global customer base.
You will have experience with Salesforce, bid/proposal administration and be able to use Adobe suite to create basic marketing material.
The Role
As a Sales & Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales office, managing service and parts enquiries, and ensuring all sales opportunities are handled efficiently.
You will also support marketing activities, exhibitions and internal coordination across departments, acting as a central point of contact for sales-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide internal sales support for parts, service and support contracts
Respond to customer enquiries and prepare timely and accurate quotations
Manage CRM systems, including updates, reporting and pipeline tracking
Support tender submissions and sales documentation processes
Coordinate and distribute sales tools such as pricing, templates and marketing materials
Organise exhibitions and trade shows, including logistics and shipment of materials
Support website updates in collaboration with internal teams and external providers
Act as a key liaison between sales, service, marketing and external stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
Handle incoming sales enquiries and general office administration duties
Participate in sales meetings, recording and distributing minutes and actions What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a sales administration or commercial support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using Salesforce
Experience supporting bid and proposal administration/coordination
Experience using Adobe suite to create basic marketing materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to interpret contracts and identify potential risks
Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure Desirable Experience
Experience organising exhibitions or trade shows
Understanding of service contracts or aftersales support
