Provide reliable support to the Accounting & Finance Team to ensure day-to-day financial and accounting administrative tasks are carried out correctly, efficiently and in line with Group policies. · Raise sales invoices (AR) · Process purchase invoices and POs (AP) · Maintain AR & AP inboxes · Assisting with bi-monthly payment runs · Reconcile bank account transactions · Reconciliation of AP and AR ledgers · Assist with credit control · Process credit card requests from business · Maintain and file finance documents · Process employee expense claims · Regular communication with the business on finance process · Any other ad hoc tasks at the appropriate level as requested by the Group Financial Controller from time to time BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team.
