EVRi is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to help us win new business and shape the future of SME parcel delivery.

Working within our Network Sales Telesales Team, you’ll play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition across the SME market. You’ll engage with prospects via phone and video, manage your own pipeline end-to-end, and convert opportunities of up to 75k shipments per year into long-term EVRi customers.
This is a hands-on, high-energy sales role where your performance directly impacts business growth – and where success is recognised and rewarded.
Salary: £30, plus commission
Location: Morley/ Hybrid
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Telesales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your sales performance, including:
1. Building and maintaining a strong personal prospect pipeline to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets
2. Generating your own leads and converting opportunities into new EVRi clients
3. Meeting and exceeding all KPIs and productivity targets
4. Managing all sales activity through the EVRi CRM system
5. Onboarding new clients efficiently to hit projected go-live dates
6. Ensuring customers fully understand EVRi’s customer service processes and self-serve tools
7. Monitoring new client performance to ensure they trade to profile within 4 weeks of go-live
8. Preparing clients for successful handover within 6 weeks of trading
9. Resolving escalations and account queries with professionalism and pace
10. Collaborating with local Operations teams to ensure service expectations are delivered from day one
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Experience & Knowledge
11. A minimum of 2 years’ experience exceeding targets in a telesales or outbound sales role
12. Strong understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace
13. Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding

14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
16. Highly organised, proactive and driven by results
17. A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
18. Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
19. Customer-focused, resilient and confident challenging where needed
