Overview
As a French Speaking Technical Support Agent you will provide excellent levels of customer service and support. This is a part-time, permanent role based in Newark with a flexible attitude to working. You will have an understanding of technology and a superb telephone manner. An ideal candidate will be driven to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Offer technical support in both French and English
* Using CRM and other systems to log incidents
* Providing solutions to technical faults
* Escalating technical queries when required
* Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries receive a response
Qualifications
* Fluent in written and spoken French and English
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Great communication skills
* Flexible approach to working hours
* This role would suit somebody looking to work between 20 - 30 hours a week
* Experience of working within a call centre / technical support environment would be advantageous; training will be provided
