You will provideadvice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcomebarriers to employment and achieve realistic jobgoals.
You'll manage a caseload ofparticipants, managing their journey to employment, be their coachand mentor and be the principle highly trusted contact to buildstrong positive relationships, guide, motivate, challenge,encourage and help customers obtain sustainableemployment.
The ideal candidate will haveexcellent customer service skills, be target driven as well as amotivational advisor. You'll have a high level of initiative andmotivation with the ability to seek out solutions to problems, andbe able to work under pressure, without day to day supervision.However, our client is not always looking for someone who ticksevery single box they are looking for someone who can provide afirst class customer service, driven by our overarching aim toempower lives and improve communities.

KeyResponsibilities
* Meet,and strive to exceed personal performance targets, Key PerformanceIndicators and all Quality and Compliancemeasures.
* Progressively manage a caseload ofreferred customers using a variety of appropriate strategies tohelp them overcome barriers to gainingemployment.
* Undertake in-depth assessmentsusing a suite of tools to fully understand a customer'scircumstances, preferences and holistic barriers to progression toemployment
* Achieve the Customer ServiceStandards required on theprogramme
Skills andExperience
Essential
* A good workingknowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographicallocations
* GCSE or equivalent in English andMaths at Grade C or above
* Fully IT literate inusing a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams andSkype for Business
* Experience of working in atarget driven environment
* Experience ofdelivering services to meet contractual and qualitystandards
Desirable
* Level 3 Award inEmployability Services Sector orequivalent
* Knowledge of the employabilityindustry
* Knowledge of the recruitmentindustry
* Experience of working with people inthe provision of 'information, advice &guidance'
* Full driving licence to enabledeployment across a specified geographical area(region)
