Work with Walsingham and make a real difference to people's lives
Walsingham Support has been operating across England and Wales since 1986. We enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. We're different because we pride ourselves on putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do. We achieve this by delivering specifically tailored support for each individual.
Role Responsibilities
1. As a valued member of our team, each Support Worker helps deliver the quality-of-life people with disabilities deserve, supporting our service users to reach their full potential.
2. You will help ensure that Walsingham Support's care is of high quality and person-centred, tailoring care to individual needs and lifestyles.
3. Support Workers are responsible for maintaining a high-quality, well-maintained environment for those we support.
4. You will work from care plans, assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interactions, and community activities.
Our Interview Process, Transparency & Support
We believe in an accessible and fair recruitment process. To assist your preparation, we will provide interview questions in advance. We want you to feel confident and ready to showcase your skills and passion.
