Improving Immunisations Uptake Officer
Overview
Are you passionate about improving health outcomes for children and families? Would you like the opportunity to work collaboratively across systems and communities to help increase childhood immunisation uptake? We are pleased to offer a fixed term opportunity to join the Child Health Information Service (CHIS) Team until March 2027. This role plays a key part in improving 05 immunisation uptake across Lancashire. You will work as an integrated member of the CHIS team, supporting and leading projects that focus on areas and populations with the lowest uptake.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to and initiate immunisation uptake improvement projects
* Work closely with system partners, community groups and stakeholders
* Use data, insight and best practice to shape effective interventions
* Produce reports demonstrating activity, learning and impact
* Support vaccination promotion, engagement and awareness within communities

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience or interest in improving health outcomes or service quality
* Competence in handling data, reports, and Microsoft Office tools
* Strong communication, influencing and organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and meet deadlines
* Sharing of values of equality, quality, and commitment to patient benefit
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
