Group Exec Chef, London £60k + bonus
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and inspiring Group Exec Chef to lead the culinary operation at these prestigious sites based in Central London.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to create innovative, modern, high-quality food concepts and help shape the culinary future.
Catering for a large variety of people including VIPs and media personalities over two sites, the food offers range from employee dining to fine dining hospitality and high-profile events.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for developing and leading the overall culinary strategy
Create and implement innovative, seasonal and commercially viable menus across cafés, restaurants, hospitality and events
Ensure food quality, creativity and consistency across the sites
Implement modern culinary trends including sustainable sourcing, plant-based menus and healthy options
Lead, manage and inspire kitchen teams supporting where needed as well as mentoring and guiding
Overseeing financials including a focus on revenue growth through events and food offers
Working hours are 5/7, 40 hours per week (paid overtime)
What we are looking for:
An Executive Chef or Group Executive Chef in a multi-site environment
Proven experience within high-end hospitality, events and corporate dining
Exceptional leadership with ability to develop a team
Experience in launching new food concepts and building culinary programmes
Ability to manage large events and bespoke hospitality
Commercially minded with strong cost control experience
A genuine passion for food innovation and trends as well as hospitality and customer service
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive can-do manner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
