This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working any 4 days from 7:05:00 till 15:00. Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.

What you’ll do on a typical day
* Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
* Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Deal with all returned products and equipment
* Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
