About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? At Butlin’s, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on providing unforgettable experiences for our guests!
In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll dive into different areas such as:
* Sports & Activities
* Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
* Bars & Shops
* Fairground
* Buffets
And if you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
* FA Level 1 Football
* Archery GB ERCA
* High Ropes
* NCPLH Personal License
About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a like-minded team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we value your attitude and passion for making a difference more than anything else!

No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills you need to excel in your role. You’ll benefit from:

Every day will bring new experiences as you engage with guests and collaborate with a diverse team. If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas.
Typical working hours are around 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available.
