We are evolving from a feature-focused development model to a managed solution and AI centric delivery model. As development velocity increases, QA must evolve alongside it. This is not a traditional feature-level testing role. This is a senior position responsible for solution quality across the organisation. This role ensures that no solution is deployed, demonstrated, or delivered without structured validation and approval. Our solutions span: Software platforms Physical hardware and peripherals Connectivity and network environments Deployment models and real-world installation constraints These solutions operate in healthcare and industrial environments where reliability, stability, and compliance are critical. Who this role suits This role will suit someone who: Has strong technical credibility across software and hardware testing Understands solution-level validation beyond feature testing Is comfortable acting as an independent quality gate Can challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders Has experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, CI/CD integration) Is interested in AI-assisted testing and modern QA tooling Thrives in high-accountability, cross-functional environments Brings calm judgement and structured decision-making Be primarily on-site in Bristol (minimum 4 days per week).
