A permanent role has arisen here at EnerMech for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team in Aberdeen. This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours per week. The role will be reporting to our Payroll Lead and form part of the wider Finance team. Duties and Responsibilities will include; Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider Processing of employee expense claims & credit cards Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D’s Meeting with HR to ensure all relevant data requirements are met for payroll processing Resolving payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manner You are? To be successful for this role you will have previous experience in a hands on payroll coordinator/administration role. You will be skilled in high volume payroll environments (e.g. 1000 employees) and hold strong Excel skills. You will have strong attention to detail and numerical skills and good communication skills both written and verbal.
