SAP Project Manager (SuccessFactors / HR Transformation) – Permanent | Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £80,000
My client, a fast-growing global SAP consultancy specialising in HR transformation and SuccessFactors delivery, is looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple HR technology programmes across international clients.
This role will focus on end-to-end project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management across a range of SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of HR and IT transformation projects (primarily SAP SuccessFactors)
* Translate Statements of Work into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables
* Manage project governance including RAID logs, reporting, and budget tracking
* Coordinate global teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
* Monitor risks, dependencies, and overall project health
* Support resource planning and cross-project visibility
* Contribute to pre-sales activities and project scoping
* Help define and embed PMO standards and best practices
Key Experience Required
* 3–5 years’ experience in project management within HR or IT transformation
* Experience in consultancy or professional services environments
* Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g. Onboarding, Learning, Performance)
* Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or similar SaaS HR systems
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders across global teams
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
Desirable
* Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
* Experience supporting pre-sales or SOW scoping
