You will be working for a law firm located in central Bristol.
Your new role
You will act as a front-of-house assistant and representative for the firm, which requires both receptionist duties and junior secretarial responsibilities. The requirements are as follows:
* Must have prior receptionist, secretarial, or front-of-house experience in a corporate or professional services setting.
* Perform reception duties such as greeting clients and directing them to meeting rooms or the appropriate personnel.
* Handle and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and meeting invites.
* Set up and manage meeting rooms, including booking and prioritizing according to availability.
* Assist the operations team with ad hoc administration duties.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, as this is a client-facing role.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant prior experience as stated above.
* A professional and welcoming manner to appropriately communicate with clients and senior personnel within the firm.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage a high volume of emails, visitors, and meeting requests, both internal and external.
* Previous experience in client event coordination is beneficial.
* Flexibility to cover shift patterns, including rotating morning and afternoon shifts weekly.
