Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and emotional/behavioural needs. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans. Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum. Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Assisting with personal care where necessary. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN.
