About us REACT is a humanitarian rapid response charity. When there’s an emergency, we give communities the urgent assistance they need to survive and recover. REACT Responders are trained to identify and meet the critical unmet needs at pace to prevent communities being overwhelmed by sudden or unexpected events, such as floods, wildfires, terrorist attacks, pandemics, earthquakes and tropical storms. What we are looking for We run a lean HQ that provides just enough infrastructure to enable our volunteer Responders to provide humanitarian assistance in the UK and Internationally. Working in collaboration with your colleagues, you will be part of a small expert team, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to deliver humanitarian responses and training. We are looking for a talented and aspiring humanitarian to join our small team. Working together with the Operations Team you will be responsible for ensuring our systems and processes run efficiently and effectively and in compliance with organisational requirements so that we can train and deploy our amazing volunteer responders swiftly and safely. What we offer Salary of £27k - £29k per annum depending upon experience. Hybrid working. Generous holiday package of 25 days annual leave per annum (excluding bank holidays).
