Ascot

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager for the group segment you'll love what you do and
take pride in delighting our guests. Your main duties will be:


* Your main
place of work will be at Coworth Park, Ascot, spending 1 or 2 days a week
at our London office

* Proactively
sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned
territories/industry segments

* Introduce
new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted
business into the hotels

* Achieve
individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the
proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels’ budgets

* Have a
clear understanding of overall hotel goals

* Awareness
and understanding of competitive sets, and ability to effectively sell
against them

* Work
together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales with relevant
projects when assigned

* Our

for the group segment, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on
how we care for our hotel.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

* Minimum 2 years’ proactive experience in the group
segment, ideally within the luxury sector

* Driven
and creative individual with strong communication skills

* Team
player with ability to work harmoniously within immediate department and
across the wider hotels.

* Positive
and enthusiastic attitude

* Strong
verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our
hotel
