We are excited to be working with one of the country’s top racehorse training families "O’Neill Racing" based in the heart of the Cotswolds, twenty minutes from Cheltenham Racecourse.
The O’Neill family have a long, successful history in racing with Jonjo Senior a twice Champion Jockey, Gold Cup Winner, Grand National and Gold Cup Winning Trainer, and now his son AJ has joined the “King of the Castle” as Joint Trainer. AJ completed his Business Degree whilst riding under rules as an amateur jockey and working as Assistant Trainer, one would say training is in his DNA.
The future looks bright and very exciting for this “Power Horse” family with two fantastic wins at Cheltenham with “Johnny Who” in the Ultimate Handicap Chase and “Willful” in the William Hill County Handicap Hurdle; the Yard are thriving!
The Role
Executive Personal Assistant to the Directors of “O’Neill Racing”.
To provide support in managing the day to day running of personal and business diaries to allow the team to focus on their roles.
This is such a fantastic opportunity for anyone with proven experience of working within an entrepreneurial family setting or for a top CEO; who likes to organise and deliver.

What will you be doing?
Tasks include:
* Handle phone calls, enquiries and requests, acting as the first point of contact
* Manage multiple email inboxes
* Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
* Maintaining, updating and sending communications through CRM Salesforce
* Coordinating events (Numerous owners’ events, staff parties, charity voucher events, etc.)
* Attend weekly marketing meetings, take clear and actional notes, and follow up on agreed tasks
* Assist in planning and executing marketing and business campaigns with external collaborators
* Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, follow social media within our industry and competitors
* Day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance scheduling and contractor coordination
* Meet and greet visitors, preparing and serving refreshments
Skills required
* Confident in working with all of MS office apps
* High levels of accuracy and good attention to detail, fast accurate typing skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a timely manner
* Working knowledge of social media platforms
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
* Good team player with positive, friendly and warm attitude
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team with a “can do” attitude and the desire to assist others when required
* Good problem solver, resourceful and well organised
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Car driver licence essential
