The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils either 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and progress
* Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Roles are available on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and full-time basis, depending on your availability.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable but not essential)
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A desire to support pupils with varying learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
