Walkern Lodge is a residential home providing care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
We are looking for a female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care to work flexible bank shifts as and when required to provide cover for annual leave, sickness, training, etc.
As a support worker you will encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
