We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of one of the restaurant floors at The Conduit - one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. In this exciting role you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service, strong team performance and commercial results.
This is a hands‑on role, leading from the floor, developing the team and ensuring a consistently high‑quality experience for members and guests.

Assistant Restaurant Manager – The role
* Lead floor service to deliver a seamless, engaging guest experience
* Build strong guest relationships, personalising service based on preferences
* Monitor standards and resolve issues proactively
* Act as a brand ambassador and uphold company values
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team through coaching and feedback
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture with clear communication
* Oversee daily operations, including setup, service flow, and opening/closing procedures
* Coordinate across FOH, kitchen, and bar while maintaining high standards and compliance
* Drive operational performance, including efficiency, stock control, and continuous improvement

* Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a busy restaurant
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Passion for delivering excellent guest service
* Good understanding of restaurant operations and service flow
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident, visible and hands‑on leader
