A leading design and build company within the water industry are seeking a proactive and strategic Engineering Resource Manager to enhance and manage our engineering workforce planning. This pivotal role involves forecasting resource needs, supporting recruitment, coordinating internal and external teams, and developing a long-term resourcing strategy. \n\nThis is a permanent position with hybrid working. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nForecast and manage engineering resource demand (3–5 year outlook)\n\nDevelop and implement strategic resourcing plans\n\nSupport recruitment campaigns and talent retention initiatives\n\nCoordinate resource allocation across internal teams and external design houses\n\nDrive graduate and apprenticeship intakes\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders\n\nAbout You:\n\nStrong leadership, coordination, and communication skills\n\nBackground in engineering/design with experience in talent acquisition\n\nInnovative, data-driven, and strategic thinker\n\nConfident managing cross-functional teams and resourcing frameworks\n\nOnly those with the right to work in the UK should apply for this role. \n\nApply now or get in touch with for more info
