Head of Digital Marketing
My client, a well established retail business with a strong DTC presence, is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Marketing.
This is a permanent Head of Digital Marketing position joining an established team reporting into the CMO. My client, a retail business with a strong market presence, is looking to scale its DTC ecommerce business with this additional hire. This is an exciting time to join a business at an exciting time of growth.
The role will blend strategy and hands‑on delivery. It will lead a small team and external agencies and will encompass campaign planning, management and reporting across the following channels:
* PPC
* Paid Social
* Affiliates
* SEO
* Email
In addition, the role will lead on ecommerce performance, covering the following:
* UX and CRO
* Site Merchandising
* Ecommerce trading
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Marketing position will possess a strong digital marketing and ecommerce skill‑set with a demonstrable track record of delivering results. They will possess a broad digital channel mix and will have had oversight of conversion and trading performance. Additional requirements:
* Data driven and analytic
* Commercial, curious and keen to test‑and‑learn
* Experience within retail (marketing) or other similar fast‑paced consumer markets
* People‑management experience
* A blend of strategy and delivery
